Return & Refund Policy – Fonoti Band

At Fonoti Band, we are committed to delivering exceptional live music experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have outlined our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies below.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers administrative costs and holds your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded.
  • Within 30 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and 50% of the total fee will be retained.
  • Within 7 days of the event: No refunds will be issued, as we have allocated this time to your event.

• Band-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare event that Fonoti Band needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, emergencies), we will:
    • Offer a full refund, including the deposit.
    • Assist in finding a replacement band of similar quality if desired.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date at no extra cost, provided we are available.
• If the band is unavailable for the new date, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Event Interruptions

• We are not responsible for interruptions due to venue issues, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, extreme weather). No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Sound & Performance Expectations

• We work closely with clients to ensure the best sound setup, but we are not responsible for venue limitations affecting performance quality.
• No refunds will be given for subjective preferences once the performance has commenced.
